Dr. Lee has over 12 years of clinical experience, with a strong commitment to patient-centred care and lifelong learning. A graduate of the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS, he completed specialist training in Emergency Medicine at the National University Hospital and attained Membership of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (UK) in 2019.

His frontline work during the COVID-19 pandemic inspired him to further his expertise in public health, leading to a Master of Public Health from NUS in 2023, with a focus on chronic kidney disease. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Family Practice Dermatology and is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine.

In 2025, Dr. Lee was honoured with the Singapore Health Quality Service Award, presented by President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, recognising his dedication, empathy, and consistently high standards of care.

Dr. Loo is a distinguished Family Medicine specialist with over 15 years of experience across both public and private healthcare. He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2009, before earning his Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) from the National University of Singapore in 2015.

He holds memberships in the Royal Colleges of Physicians (UK) and the College of Family Physicians (Singapore), and in 2022 was awarded Fellowship of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners. In 2023, he was further recognised as a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, UK.
